We are now accepting applications for the up to 12 month fixed term contract position of Client Relations Officer within our Client Solutions division, located in our Coniston office.

Reporting to the Account Manager, this role is responsible for acting as a general point of contact for all daily Trustee Office interactions and providing key support to the Account Manager by supporting, facilitating and actioning Trustee Office requests for information, escalated activities and enhancements that are related to the provision of Pillar services to its clients.

Within the role of Client Relations Officer, your commitment to customer service will see you contribute towards ensuring that the successful ongoing relationships with Pillar’s clients continue. You will achieve this by liaising, communicating and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders across all levels of the organisation on client requests and Member, Employer and Advisor issues.

It will be essential that you have a clear and persuasive writing style to prepare written correspondence that is well-structured, easy to follow, and consistent with corporate policies and communication protocols. This will include the preparation of any scheduled and/or adhoc reporting to a high quality standard, whilst ensuring a detailed quality review has been completed before sending to any stakeholder.

Exceptional planning and prioritisation skills will be crucial to meet client and Pillar expectations that are in line with SLAs and KPIs with particular emphasis upon reporting matters and dealing with client and Trustee Office requests, in a daily environment where multiple conflicting priorities exist. Additionally your ability to be flexible will see you assisting with the facilitation and completion of the relevant Trustee related Projects as required.
