The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of reception and administration duties including:
• Managing all incoming phone enquiries
• Greeting people in our showroom for meetings & enquiries
• Attending to our showroom
• Supporting our management team with day-to-day activities
• Supporting the accounts department with filing, data entry & various accounts duties
• Mail correspondence
• A self-starter who has strong interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Ability to work independently
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Team Player
• Microsoft office experience essential
Being a small team everyone pitches in so a flexible and wiling approach is required. Most importantly, you will have strong data entry skills and a very high attention to detail; experience with accounting software will be looked upon favourably.
You will have excellent verbal communication skills for regular liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders and professional presentation.
This is a permanent full time position.
