Waterco has an opening for a reliable, sales focused, and ambitious person to join our NSW Internal Sales/Customer Service Team. This is a full time, office based role, dealing with our diverse customer base. We need someone who wants to prove themselves and set down a foundation to a career. Your energy and your positive attitude, plus our supportive on the job training will help you succeed.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to learn in a technical environment, and be willing to work hard to understand the needs of a broad customer base from retailer, to builder, to service technician.

You will also have the following skills:
o Able to work both independently, and as part of a team
o High level communication skills: both verbal and written
o Well presented and professional
o High attention to detail and follow up
o Organised, with good prioritising and time management skills
o A proven aptitude for sales
o Able to generate rapport with customers over the phone, plus over the counter
o Intermediate Microsoft skills; and able to quickly learn new systems
o Commitment to excellent customer service
o Be motivated to learn, and have a happy, ‘no worries’, ‘can do’ attitude
