What is the role?
As a Customer Service Officer you will be on reception to greet job seekers and assist them with their enquiries. You will also provide administrative and customer service support to the Placement Consultants and others in their day to day activities. A demonstrated understanding and appreciation of cultural differences and diversity in the workplace is a requirement for success in this role.
What will you be accountable for?
Reception duties including professionally answering incoming calls
Meeting and greeting clients and other key stakeholders
Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
Assisting team members with key administrative tasks as required
What are we looking for?
An ability to provide a high level of professional customer service
Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated with a desire to meet KPI's
Solid organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
An ability to motivate and genuinely engage with people at all levels
Proven conflict resolution skills and an ability to diffuse potential situations
