PART TIME SALES POSITION

Right now, we have a part-time sales position available at our Castle Hill store. The position will be approximately 30 hours per week and the successful applicant must be available to work weekends and public holidays where required. You must be self-motivated and thrive working in a team environment.
Previous sales experience is essential, as is the ability to deliver superior customer service and a desire to achieve great results. You will also have outgoing, bright personality, a competitive spirit, drive for success and an ability to influence others.
You will ideally possess the following:
Background in retail and solutions based sales and/or big-ticket items is an advantage but not a must
High standards of customer service & conflict resolution
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a mature approach and being able to relate to people of all types
Must be available to work weekends
Strong willingness to want to learn and achieve sales targets and KPI's
A flair for homewares and previous experience with merchandising is an advantage
