We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Services Officer to be a part of our Boating Safety branch within Roads and Maritime Services. This position plays a key role in NSW Maritime Division and reports to the Senior Product Services Officer.
The role is to deliver quality, team based customer service for Maritime Division’s products and services. We are looking for a Product Services Officer who:
Provides quality, team based customer service by ensuring accurate information is delivered to customers; and recognising individual customer needs and providing helpful, courteous service
Administers the specialised Management of Waterways products policies and procedures accurately
Contributes to the integrity of Management of Waterways products records by accurate and efficient computer processing
Escalates difficult to resolve customer issues
Prioritises competing work demands and conflicting deadlines

Remuneration Package: RMS USS Grade MA3-6 ($60,338 - $71,141), plus employers contribution to superannuation, plus annual leave loading
