Regional to City Graduate Program

Including the above benefits graduates can opt to be a part of thhe Regional to City Graduate Program. Our Regional to City Graduate Program allows you to build your competence and expertise in a regional location. After a 12-month period we will provide you with the opportunity (and some assistance) to relocate to, and continue working from, one of our city offices. Our regional offices include Canberra ACT, Newcastle NSW, Wollongong NSW, Orange NSW and Bunbury WA.

The role – What to expect?

Currently we are looking for graduates to join our team in the following offices:

Sydney - Liverpool (NSW) - Newcastle - Orange - Wollongong - Canberra - Melbourne

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will play an important part in assisting injured workers to rehabilitate and to return to work.

Duties of the role include:

Conducting a variety of assessments specific to your Allied Health Qualifications
Actively market the skills of your client to employers and assisting with their return to work (RTW)
Actively working with key stakeholders, including Workcover agents, medical and health practitioners and injured workers to effectively achieve RTW outcomes
Over time you will slowly manage your own caseload and become an independent Rehabilitation Consultant.

About you

You will have an interest in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector and a desire to assist injured workers in returning to the Workforce. You will also possess the following;

Degree in either Occupational Therapy / Psychology / Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Counselling
A car and a Drivers Licence
Competent time management skills
Competent communication skills – both oral and written.
