As a result of our continuous growth and success, IRT is now seeking to appoint enthusiastic and passionate Hospitality employees to join its vibrant team. Working as a casual initially, you will deliver a high standard of domestic duties within the Aged Care facility to ensure residents receive the best level of service.
There are currently multiple opportunities available at sites based in central and southern Illawarra, including:
• IRT Diment Towers (Wollongong)
• IRT William Beach Gardens (Kanahooka)
• IRT Links Seaside (Wollongong)
Your Responsibilities: You will be performing a range of domestic duties which may include, but are not limited to, meal preparation, laundry duties, table service and maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness across the Aged Care centre. With your effective customer service skills, you will actively assist residents and undertake other relevant duties as required by your manager.
To be successful: You will preferably have previous experience in a similar hospitality role. Relevant Food Handling qualifications are desirable, although not essential. As the successful applicant you will have a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines. A genuine interest in Aged Care and desire to help older Australians achieve their optimum quality of life will be key to your success.
