About the job

The Industrial team in Wollongong is looking for a consultant to come join them. In the job, you will be recruiting for a variety of temporary and permanent roles within the Trade sector including Maintenance Fitters, Mechanics, Carpenters, Electricians, and Trade Assistants. You will continue to build and grow the desk while maintaining great relationships with existing clients. You will be working alongside Noelle McAuley, who has been with Randstad for 3 years and you will be reporting to Peter Austin who is the General Manager NSW & National Sales. Peter has been with Randstad for over 8 years in a variety of positions.

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You have previous experience in sales and/or recruitment and you are ambitious and eager to succeed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about sales and business development and you are great at multi-tasking. You must have a driver’s license & your own car.
