The role of Administration Assistant is aimed at a multi-talented individual who is willing to learn the administration expectations of a licensed Club, and has the skillset to offer operational excellence and organisation as key priorities. The range of duties is varied and interesting, enabling you to be involved across the business and to make the most of your ability to multi-task. This opportunity is being offered on a Casual basis position – Monday and Saturdays, 9am to 5pm. This position is offered as long as you deliver what's required and do so with a smile and a willing attitude.
Some of the tasks associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
• Overseeing reception area
• Delivering on some aspects of Club Administration
• Member Service
• General administrative duties
The Management are looking for someone to commence with the Club ASAP and to grow with the Club over the coming years.
