HRIS COORDINATOR - AURION
NORTH PARRAMATTA, NSW, 2151 PART TIME
Drive business performance and maximise opportunities by utilising your excellent working knowledge of the Aurion HRIS System
•Consult with stakeholders to identify and design improvements to the usability of the system and applications
•Implement new system processes and improvements to maximise business outcomes
•Develop beneficial relationships with stakeholders to ensure Aurion HRIS and employee self-service platforms available as expected and service disruptions are managed & communicated in a timely manner
•This role is 25 hours per week 9am-2pm Monday to Friday
Position Description - Aurion Coordinator
•Demonstrated experience and detailed knowledge in the administration, support and reporting relevant to Aurion HRIS.
•Sound knowledge of requirements gathering and understanding business needs with a variety of stakeholders
•Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement improvements to systems/procedures
•Effective researching, analysing and reporting skills
•Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance
