We are looking for a Team Leader with contact centre experience ready to take their career to the next level. Due to growth, this national financial organisation seeks an inspiring Team Leader to join the Wollongong branch. You will lead the Customer Services Team and play an integral part growing and moulding the team. This is an exciting time to join the organisation and you will see your team grow from strength to strength

Your duties will be varied and will include but not limited to:

Day to day management of the team
Coaching and developing
Reporting on a regular basis
Monitor the team with regard to performance and exceeding their overall individual and team target
Assisting with work flow and generally supporting the team
What we are looking for:

Previous experience within a team leader or management role within a financial institution and ideally a contact centre environment
Ability to work under pressure
Personal drive and great energy
Excellent time management skills
Tertiary education or RG146 compliant will be highly regarded
