A fantastic opportunity exists for a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Site Manager to join our Food and Patient Support Services, Healthshare . To lead and manage the provision of Food & Patient Support Services at Wollongong Hospital, providing direction to staff and effectively managing day to day operational activities of the site in order to meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the site.
To maintain a highly professional, performance based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer service culture
Ensure HealthShare NSW employees operate and engage in accordance with the NSW Health and HealthShare NSW values and the HealthShare NSW customer commitments
To successfully manage relationships within HealthShare NSW and with customers
Provide leadership and direction to staff and effectively manage operational issues, to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance-based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer focussed work culture
Maintain a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring all work health and safety issues are appropriately managed and compliant with all work health and safety standards and processes
Manage the budget for the site, ensuring the site operates within the allocated budget and staffing level, and within delegation,
To be considered for this dynamic role, you will need to have had previous management experience in the operations of food services; you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the ability to lead a team, including well developed people management skills .
