Gopher is a technology that allows a client to quickly design a conversation flow, then simultaneously automate thousands of conversations with their customers, via text. A custom designed chat-bot over sms if you will.
Gopher can conduct the initial phases of multiple conversations, triage, then transition high value interactions to a human operator who seamlessly continues the conversation. Salespeople are delivered pre-qualified hot leads. Support staff are relieved of mundane FAQs. Events managers can automatically coordinate and confirm registrations. Marketers can drive and track traffic through web sites, automatically offering discounts should customers fail to complete a sale. Operations managers can quickly convert customers from post to email communications. Charity officers can launch large scale, high acceptance appeals. And at the conclusion of a campaign, conversations are mined for emails, addresses and other key information, ready for updating a CRM.
All through personalised conversations, with up to 80% response rates.

Who you are
Excellent written and verbal communication
2+ years of full sales cycle experience: lead generation, demonstrations, through to closing, preferably in a SaaS market.
Willing to keep pace with an evolving software product, with rapid expansion into new markets.
Passionate, persistent, persuasive. Just not too pushy.
Organised, driven and able to work independently.
High focus on customer support
An intelligent problem solver, able to identify business requirements and suggest appropriate applications of technology
A background in technology is highly desirable
What you’ll do
Develop lead generation campaigns
Contact potential customers via email, phone and online media
Promote, give online demonstrations and close sales for core solutions
Educate prospects on potential applications, identifying cross and upsell opportunities
Assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts
Maintain accurate customer records, activity and pipeline reports within our CRM
What you’ll get
This is a sales role where you will sell the company’s software to Australian medium sized businesses. It’s a new role in a new company, with exciting new tech, where you can make a significant contribution and be well rewarded.
Flexible working location – up to 4 days working from home.
$45000 base, $80k OTE, with uncapped high commission rates.
