The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Attendant to be a part of our Customer Service Delivery Team within NSW TrainLink.

The Customer Service Attendant will be required to undertake a broad range of station functions with a sound knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines. Such functions will include train operations, customer service and station presentation.

We are looking for a Customer Service Attendant who completes designated tasks with some guidance and minimal supervision and has effective customer service and communication skills.
