This is a Full time role with Camp Yarramundi and Sydney Olympic Park Lodge; you will be required to work flexible hours with weekend work involved. We are offering a salary of 49,000 with overtime rates when applicable, 4 weeks annual leave. This is an exciting opportunity that exists for a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Coordinator.
You will be responsible for the overall function of our kitchen and catering to our campers. Your role will involve managing the operational kitchen budget, an experienced team, rosters, stock control and ordering along with food preparation and service. You will have outstanding customer service skills and ensure guest's needs are met. We are seeking someone to start immediately so if you think you are the right fit please takes the steps to apply.
