That’s great, because we are looking for Home Care/Community Support superstars located in Northern Sydney! More about you:
•You must be passionate about supporting others
•You love variety and take pride in your work
•You appreciate that it is the little things that can make someone’s day
•You will hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or similar qualification
•You are available for a minimum of 3-4 days between Monday and Friday for rostered shifts
•You will have a current drivers licence
•You will have a reliable car with current registration and third party insurance
•You are willing to undergo a police check and prove that you have the rights to work in Australia

Be ready to tell us about your experience providing a range of services to clients including:
•Undertaking personal care services
•Transportation to and from appointments
•Domestic cleaning
•Preparing light meals
•Providing respite

Be ready to tell us about how you have or would perform a community based role where you are required to travel to multiple appointments with clients per day and tell us about your experience delivering personal care services.

**Under the Feros Care, NSWNMA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2014-2017 the current hourly rate for a Community Support Worker, Grade 2 is $20.97. The rate for a casual worker is $26.21 which includes 25% loading. Reimbursement is paid for work-related travel between clients at the current rate of 78c per kilometre.
