Join our Cover Specialist team and help us deliver excellence in customer service in all dealings with new and existing ahm members. Working in a collaborative and vibrant team, you will be handling inbound calls relating to new policy sales and retention activities to keep or upgrade existing members. In return you will be rewarded through a generous and uncapped commission structure.
Located in the centre of Wollongong, you will work Monday to Friday, with your shifts falling between the hours of 8am and 7pm.
Key responsibilities will include:
New policy sales; investigating and assessing needs through effective questioning, highlighting features and benefits and handle objections;
Retention of existing members through open questioning and assessing reasons for termination and providing advice as to the positives and negatives of private health insurance;
Completing fund comparisons; and
Performing cover evaluations for customers who are wishing to change their level of cover.
You will have proven experience in a sales and service environment. You will have a professional and friendly phone manner and champion positive behaviours.
Other requirements include:
High level interpersonal skills;
Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
Ability to adapt to and work within a highly structured and measured work environment;
Driven by working in a customer centric sales environment and the associated commission based remuneration structure; and
The ability to navigate multiple systems.
